PriceBook helps HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shops quote jobs from one flat-rate price list. You build your price book, look up job prices, and generate quotes to hand to your customers.
You need an account to use PriceBook. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. PriceBook is operated by Forman Media Group LLC.
PriceBook has a free plan and a Pro plan at $49 per month. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Plan page. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Prices may change with notice.
Your price books, price items, and quotes are yours. We store them so the app works, and we do not sell them. You can clear sample data in the app. To delete your account and its data, contact support@mainstreetbase.com.
Quote emails are sent on your behalf to your own customers about jobs they asked you to price. You are responsible for having your customers' correct contact details and for only contacting people who agreed to be contacted by your business. Do not use PriceBook to send spam or messages to people who did not agree to hear from you.
Do not use PriceBook for anything unlawful, and do not use it to harass or spam anyone.
We aim to keep PriceBook running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We do not guarantee that any quote will be accepted or that any email will be delivered. Prices in your price book are set by you, and you are responsible for them.
