Account information: your email address, shop name, and first name. Business data you enter: price books, categories, and price items, plus quotes, including your customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, and job addresses. Basic usage records, such as when quotes were sent or logged.
To run PriceBook, to generate and send quote emails on your behalf, and to show you your dashboard. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
Hosting runs on Cloudflare Workers and data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number. Quote emails are sent through Resend. These providers only receive the data needed to do their job.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share your customers' contact details with PriceBook, and for telling your customers how their details are used.
We use a sign-in session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
You can clear sample data in the app. To delete your account and its data, contact support@mainstreetbase.com.
